Once your return has arrived in our warehouse you can get a refund of the payment within 5 working days. We will initiate a refund to the payment method used to make your purchase. For Order Refund inquiries, please email Sales@trendyatlas.com.
Yes your second order can be cancelled if a member of our staff is notified within 24 hours after purchase. Please reach out to Sales@trendyatlas.com with subject line (duplicate order - cancel order). You may also call +1 201-312-4243. We are available Mon-Fri 9.00 am-5.00 pm EST.
But please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can't be canceled anymore.
A: If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, here are some steps you can take:
1. Check with other recipients
Your order could have been received by other members of your household, guards, receptionists, or lobby personnel on your behalf. You may also check mailbox and with neighbours.
2. Check your local pick up points
Due to an unusually high volume of inquiries, we may need more time than normal to answer to your call. We apologize in advance for any delays and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Calls usually are answered after 10m on hold in our waiting area. Please do wait until 10m has passed until you hang up. Our team also strives to call all missed calls back on the same day.

Returns & Refunds

Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Yes! Your post-purchase email includes your order tracking number (this is sent to you typially within 2-4 days after ordering - unless there is high demand) and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number provided within the post-purchase email and paste it into the tracking tab. Once you hit enter your tracking information will be available to you.
